Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 April 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Demo status
This deployment of LetLoyal is a demonstration and evaluation build. It is not a production financial or payment service. No real currency changes hands. Coins are a loyalty unit, not legal tender, and have no cash value outside the merchant's own reward rules.
2. Your account
- Demo sign-in does not verify your phone or email. You are responsible for any activity under the identifier you choose.
- Do not impersonate another person or business.
- One-click demo accounts are shared with other testers; do not store personal information in them.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Merchants set their own reward rules (coin rate, threshold, description) and are solely responsible for honouring redemptions.
- Merchants must not credit fake transactions or use the platform to defraud customers.
- LetLoyal is not a party to the underlying purchase between the customer and the merchant.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Only scan QR codes at legitimate merchants after a real purchase.
- The platform limits repeat scans and flags suspicious patterns; abuse may result in an account anonymisation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to bypass fraud controls, reverse-engineer the platform for malicious purposes, probe security vulnerabilities without written permission, or upload unlawful content.
6. Availability
The demo is offered as-is with no uptime guarantee. Data may be reset between versions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LetLoyal and the deployment operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (e.g. for gross negligence, or for consumer rights under EU or Indian law).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the deployment operator is established. For the reference deployment, this is Latvia (EU). Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
10. Contact
Contact the operator of the deployment you are using for any question relating to these terms.
